Welcome to Rivew-View Farm Minimize

River-View Farm is operated by Dave and Helen Forgey and Scott and Darla Foerg.  The farm is located along the beautiful Wabash River in Cass County, west of Logansport, Indiana.  We have been among the movers and shakers in the grazing movement since 1991.  Our farm has been the focal point of several magazine articles and Dave has been a regular contributor to articles appearing in Graze Magazine.

We are very strong believers in the method of Intensive Rotational Grazing of livestock and make an effort to share as much knowledge as we can to anyone who is interested.  Dave makes presentations at farm meetings around the country and spent time in the Ukraine sharing grazing principles with farmers there.

The purpose of this site is to pass along information on Rotational Grazing as well as promote some of the other tools we use on our farm.  We are a dealer of Stoltzfus Feeder Wagons and we have also developed our own software for tracking and analyzing our forage and consumption.  Check the links on the left for more information on both of these.

You can follow Dave on Twitter at twitter.com/GrassCow
